For example, if you search for Polaroid Visual Learning Center, you will discover a neat project that is fun and has activities for every grade level. This site also features theme lesson plans, (March is national nutrition month as well as music in our schools month,) as well as worksheets that also feature vocabulary words that can be derived from themes.
http://www.highschoolpublishing.com This site features a free tool that allows school newspaper staffs to add stories, pictures and polls instantly through the site without the use of HTML. High school papers will get a unique Web address and will be hosted at the site for free.
http://www.actden.com This site contains free tutorials on FrontPage 2000 and 98, Office 2000, PPT 98 and how to use them in the classroom. The site includes a "writing den" with many topics, tips on writing, etc.; "sky den" with lessons on the solar system; "graphics den" with a gallery, library, etc.; and other "dens". In the "test den" some of the features have a charge, but most are free with your registration.
